It was spotless, bright and with a double bed.

Had remote location on the stream at the side of the property. Got spotless and bright standard twin room with a double bed as expected, appreciated it. The staff were helpful and extremely friendly day and night.

The personnel was friendly attentive, and the host too. The service was amazing, totally satisfied. The location was great, specially it was next to a railway station which was useful. By the way, a waterfall and a forest were next to the place.

The most important was the staff - efficient and helpful people. Location in the middle of the city was a plus.

No complaints whatsoever, the hotel met needs well. My 3 nights in Bryn-crug were really enjoyable. I loved spotless room here with a double bed, good facilities, for example.

Its location in Bryn-crug was great, right by the stream at the side of the property, the stores and local facilities.

Location - it was marvellous, a railway station was next to the hotel. Set next to a waterfall and a forest, it was a plus. A great selection of food for breakfast, which was brilliant to satisfy everyone.

The room was reasonably sized and equipped with good facilities, a double bed, for example as described. The personnel was extremely helpful. The hotel's location was stunning and lovely right next to the waterfall.

Everything here was very good and my room was reasonably sized. It was in the remote location in a beautiful part of the world. Plus, it was so close to the forest, and an amazing valley. Everyone was extremely helpful.

The staff were attentive, very friendly. The venue was set in the remote position close enough to the Talyllyn railway and Dolgoch Falls, local facilities and the Falls.

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Its staff were attentive and efficient. The hotel was placed in the remote location on the stream at the side of the property. It was also near to beautiful waterfalls and the valley.

All in all magnificent setting near local attractions, Dolgoch Falls and the Talyllyn Railway and the Talyllyn Railway. A good choice of goodies for breakfast.

All in all, it was perfect base for travelling to Bryn-crug. A huge variety of gorgeous food, we thoroughly enjoyed it.
